Shauna Morris
Shauna has returned to her roots here in Reno after getting her BA degree in Spanish & Business at University of Oregon and earning her chef’s hat at The Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in San Francisco as well as studies in Europe & New Zealand. She is adept at handling the multiple details of a listing or escrow process and focuses on getting a transaction closed efficiently and smoothly helping our clients meet their real estate goals. She also loves to work with first time home buyers educating them to make informed decisions and helping them through all the steps of the buying process.

Director of Business Development
Susan Dauber
Susan develops avenues of business for the David Morris Group and finds prospects who want to purchase a home now. She is a licensed REALTOR®. As the team’s marketing and prospecting specialist, she introduces potential clients to the team’s services. Susan is constantly on the phone talking with people who are looking to buy and sell real estate. Susan’s salesmanship and organizational skills are heavily relied upon to bring together prospective home sellers and buyers maximizing all our marketing efforts.

Virtual Assistant
Jennifer Langer
Jennifer works behind the scenes to activate and update all our of listings in the MLS, Realtor.com, Z57 and more. All status updates are done immediate through her service. She is an invaluable member of our support team. Be on the look out for introductory emails from Jennifer once your listing has been activated.

Business Development Assistant
George Stigliano
George is a wonderful asset to the David Morris Group, where he puts his market research skills to work for our clients. He manages the mailings that go out on a regular basis to our client database and other potential buyers and sellers. George is our Director of First Impressions - you will hear his warm welcoming voice when you call in. He also speaks fluent Spanish.

Business Partner
Caren Morris
Caren is the heart of the David Morris Group. Her knowledge of Reno and Sparks is unsurpassed. Caren dedicates a portion of her time to assisting the team in a variety of activities, as well as supporting the team in formulating new systems to provide outstanding service to our clients.

Field Coordinator
Clyde Frolich
Clyde is an integral part of the team in assisting with duties outside the office. He installs and removes all signs and lockboxes and checks up on our vacant listings. He also delivers flyers and handles taking the mailings to the post office and runs additional errands.
