Besides offering a child’s sled hill, North Tahoe Regional Park also offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, as well as snowshoe tours and hikes by Tahoe Adventure Company.

With the first month of the year almost over, we’re still thinking about all of the possibilities 2021 holds. It’s not easy to predict what the year has in store, but it shouldn’t keep you from making a list of things to do before the year is up. Check out some ideas on things to do in 2021.

  1. Cook a cuisine from a different country once a month.
  2. Make an art piece that can hang on your walls.
  3. Create your own signature cocktail or mocktail.
  4. Rearrange the furniture in your home.
  5. Give one room in your home a complete makeover.
  6. Clean up your computer and phone. Make sure everything you want to save is backed up and get rid of anything that’s just taking up space.
  7. Do a social media cleanse and stay off of all platforms for one week.
  8. Follow through with a recommendation a friend gives you – If someone recommends a book, TV show, movie, or podcast, try it out!
  9. Try to learn a new language. There are even free apps out there to help you learn!
  10. Do something kind for a stranger.
